Information on Anti-Ragging Undertaking, Hostel Allotment and Parents' Accommodation
Please note the following:
As per Hon. Supreme Court & UGC/MHRD Regulations, it is mandatory for all students and their parents/guardian to sign separate undertakings and submit in the campus during hostel allotment. The undertakings may be obtained from : www.amanmovement.org (OR) www.antiragging.in
The filled form has to be submitted at the registration desk.
You are required to fill the following information in the anti- ragging form (online):

How many students are in your Class: 1100 (UG), 350 (PG), PhD (275)
The allotment of rooms will be done on random basis. We will share the hostel & room details later.
Parents accompanying their wards will have to make their own arrangements for stay. The Institute cannot provide accommodation to them.
In the case of girl students, female guardians accompanying them can only enter into hostel for a very short time along with them.
The arrangement for food for students and their parents will be made in student messes in the campus on payment basis.
Arrangements are made inside the hostels and in the shopping complex on campus for the purchase of items like Mattress, Pillow, Bed Sheets, Table Lamp, Curtain, Buckets, Mug, Lock etc., on payment basis.
The Akshay store inside the campus will be open during the 2-5 January.
After your arrival, you are required to submit the following documents in original along with a photocopy of each to Admission office:
Mark sheet of Senior School Certificate Examination (XII Standard) under 10+2 School System or its equivalent issued by the Board/University. (2 Photo Copies)
Senior School/XII Pass Certificate Issued by the Board. (1 Photo Copy)
Matriculation/Secondary School/X Pass Certificate issued by the Board/Date of
Birth Certificate (1 Photo Copy)
Transfer/Migration Certificate
Anti-Ragging Declaration Affidavits
Certificate of Medical fitness
Migration certificate is issued by the university after finishing university exam. This certificate is used when you change your board or university. Transfer certificate is issued when you pass out from the Institute.
A candidate will be finally admitted only if he/she is declared medically fit by a registered medical practitioner.

can i leave campus on 17 jan by selecting stay only during exmaination and join back around 25 th jan ??

DeleteWhat is the fee-structure? Hostel and mess fees are levied only for the days we actually avail them or the whole of semester nevertheless?

ReplyDeleteSir how will classes be conducted once in campus ( hybrid or students will attend online classes from the hostel rooms only) need clarity on this before choosing to stay on campus or stay only during examination option in the form.
ReplyDeleteAlso if we choose stay on campus can we change our preference later when we reach the campus.
And when will we be allowed to come back if we choose to go home after exams.

We have signed the Anti ragging declaration online. My name is reflecting in the list of students who submitted the undertaking. I have also received the confirmation mail regarding 'Online Anti Ragging undertaking received' mentioning my Anti Ragging Undertaking Reference no. Should I submit the copy of this confirmation mail or is there any other form which has to be filled and submitted?
