Updates regarding campus joining (01/01/22)

If due to any unavoidable reason you have to cancel or postpone your plan, please explore the option of make-up through the AUGSD/AGSRD portal: https://academic.bits-pilani.ac.in/ Parents are requested to cooperate in the process of arrival. Without a negative report of RT-PCR no one is allowed to enter the campus. Please vacate the campus within 1.5 hours. Your ward can purchase the items from Akshay  or from stores inside the campus. The hostel list is updated (FD-2021). Please check it. Please note that your travel plan is confirmed from our side. Since some of you filled the google form again, there is a slight delay in the room allotment of late entries.  Don't worry about it. The hostels are open 24x7, however the shops will be closed by 8:00 PM. Please plan accordingly. Updates

Common room will be open on 25 & 26 December (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 2:00 - 4:00 PM) for the students leaving the campus. Click here for more details. You need to login from BITS email account. Please note that in case of any doubt which is not mentioned here, call me. Unnecessary calls disturb us. There is no restriction on the time of joining. You may visit the campus any time between 2-5 January (FD-2021). The Akshay store will be open on Monday. For students who have been given a window (10-15 January), can join the campus on any date as per their convenience. Please note that anti-gen test is not valid . Only negative report of RT-PCR (not older than 72 hours) is applicable. For document verification there is no requirement of Parent's signature.   Information on Anti-Ragging Undertaking, Hostel Allotment and Parents' Accommodation Please note the following: As per Hon. Supreme Court & UGC/MHRD Regulations, it is mandatory for all students and their parents/guardian to sign separate undertakings and submit in the campus during hostel allotment. The undertakings may be obtained from : www.amanmovement.org (OR) www.antiragging.in The filled form has to be submitted at the registration desk.
