Offline semester

Dear Student,

I am sure that you must be happy to hear that the campus is open for all and the classes, evaluation etc will be in off-line mode. Many of you have queries related to the hostel accommodation and stay on campus. Please note that everyone has been allotted a room on the campus. There are some issues with some of you, I am sure with your cooperation it will be resolved. 
The first year FD students who are appearing in the comprehensive exams at present are allowed to leave the campus and can join after the break. You can apply for leave from the portal: https://academic.bits-pilani.ac.in/

    Back when the campus opening portal(for 2020 batch) was open, I filled stay on campus but now will the portal open again so I can update the date of arrival or there is no need for that

    Sir I haven't been allotted a hostel yet. SWD profile shows "day scholar" in hostel field.

Updates regarding campus joining (01/01/22)

If due to any unavoidable reason you have to cancel or postpone your plan, please explore the option of make-up through the AUGSD/AGSRD portal: https://academic.bits-pilani.ac.in/ Parents are requested to cooperate in the process of arrival. Without a negative report of RT-PCR no one is allowed to enter the campus. Please vacate the campus within 1.5 hours. Your ward can purchase the items from Akshay  or from stores inside the campus. The hostel list is updated (FD-2021). Please check it. Please note that your travel plan is confirmed from our side. Since some of you filled the google form again, there is a slight delay in the room allotment of late entries.  Don't worry about it. Updates

Common room will be open on 25 & 26 December (11:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 2:00 - 4:00 PM) for the students leaving the campus. Click here for more details. You need to login from BITS email account. Please note that in case of any doubt which is not mentioned here, call me. Unnecessary calls disturb us. There is no restriction on the time of joining. You may visit the campus any time between 2-5 January (FD-2021). The Akshay store will be open on Monday. For students who have been given a window (10-15 January), can join the campus on any date as per their convenience. Please note that anti-gen test is not valid . Only negative report of RT-PCR (not older than 72 hours) is applicable. For document verification there is no requirement of Parent's signature. The schedule of document verification will be communicated by Admission office later.   Information on Anti-Ragging Undertaking, Hostel Allotment and Parents' Accommodation Please note the following: As per Hon. Supreme Court & UGC/MHRD Regulations, it is mandatory for all students and their parents/guardian to sign separate undertakings and submit in the campus during hostel allotment.
